Try out your Clubwebmaker Website before you buy it. We are so confident that you will love it, we will set-up and host your site, giving you your login and letting you use the site for 30 days without being charged. Only when you confirm that you are happy with it, will an invoice be issued.

Please note: After the 30 days free trial, the site will be switched off if you don’t want to buy it.

Using your logo and a specified colour scheem, we will build a design around the template of your choice.

2. Review design and test site functionality

Check you are happy with the design and comfortable with the functionality of the site, including user maintainance and comment management. Website fusers (ie Contributors, Authors, Editors etc) should use this time to get familiar with how the site works.

3. Give go ahead to Clubwebmaker to switch the site live

If you are happy with the site and the way it works, let us know and we will request transfer of the DNS setting so as your domain (website name) will point to your clubwebmaker site. Once active you can cancel your existing hosting pacakge.

4. Invoicing

Only after the site is setup and working and you are happy with it, will an invoice be issued.

Please note: If we dont hear from you within 30 days (Free trial period) the site will be switched off. You will not be sent any invoice.

The mail is sent to all mail addresses in the subscriber mailling list.

Use either the mail or the Comments Tab (see below) to moderate the comment. It can either be approved, deleted or marked as Spam.

Once a comment is Approved it is then visable on the site.

Single comment:

Moderation Queue:

If you have more than one comment to moderate they are cued in the moderation queue, mark what you want to do with the comment and then hit the “Bulk Moderate Comments” button.

Otherwise you can use the “mark all” links.

Note: This functionality is only available to admin users.

You can use Microsoft Office Picture Manager or a similar tool to resize your images before uploading them.

Note: Reducing the size of the image will also will also make the file smaller (less data), meaning it is loaded quicker on the page.

When the file is ready, select it using the Browse button. Once selected, hit the upload button. This transfers your file to the your site.

Once transfered, the file is then ready to be inserted into your pages or postings as either thumbnails or as full images. Put the cursor at the postition in the posting or page where you want the image to be inserted.

Select full size and link to none, if you want to post a full image on your site. Then hit send to editor. If you want to change some

Once a file has been, send to the editor, some settings can be changed that will effect the way the image is displayed on your site. These settings are accessed by selecting the image in the editor and hitting the image icon.

If the posting is a translation of an existing posting, don’t forget to link your new posting to the original one. That is done using the Gengo Tab.

The check the language assignment, use the “Manage” “Post” tab, you can see which posting are for which Language and the posting they are link to.

Above we can see that the following postings are linked. (78 & 75, 60 & 59). You can also see that there is no translation for posting 86.

Possible Problems:

If you see, both language postings on the site at the same time, it means that you have forgotton to make one of them as a translation.
